A containerized mobile waste water treatment plant is a packaged system where all wastewater treatment equipment is completely preinstalled in ISO shipping containers. The modular container system with the various components of a waste water plant are adjusted to customer requirements and can be easily transported by land and sea. As all the waste water treatment equipment is preinstalled and factory tested, onsite installation work is limited and basically Plug & Play.
The selection of a packaged wastewater treatment plant offers the user a pre-engineered and pre-fabricated method of treating wastewater with an aerobic process. The final effluent can be released safely into the environment such as receiving streams, rivers, etc. Treated non-potable water is also being used as a new source of water to promote agricultural and aquaculture production, industrial uses, water sustainability, and reclamation uses such as irrigation, wash down, and / or artificial recharge.
Main Features
1. Using international advanced membrane bioreactor technique ,and combined the membrane
separation technique ,biotreatment technique ,and intelligent control technique .
The production of the equipment is standard ,serial ,modularized .
2. The MBR can make the biomass in biological treatment unit maintain high concentration, thus highly improve the volume loading. Meanwhile, the high efficient membrane separation can shorten the HRT. The device is with a compact structure and small space occupation.
3. It can realize the completely separation of HRT and SRT. By the extended aeration, it can consume the organics, it can theoretically achieve the effect of no excess sludge emissions, thus reduce the surplus sludge treatment costs significantly.
4. The unique mode of operation makes the membrane surface no blocking, and the cleaning interval time is long. The way to clean the membrane is easy, since the membrane module can be separately cleaned, thus, the maintenance is convenience and simple.
